Digital Products

Some products sold on Global Grown are digital downloads and do not require shipping. After completing your purchase, customers will receive instructions by email to access or download their digital product.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $70 and above. For orders under $70, standard shipping rates apply.
  • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days for standard shipping.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

  • Carriers: USPS, Fedex and DHL Express
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Customs & Duties: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method

Shipping Carriers We use trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, Global Grown is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages Global Grown is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
